Patients are provided a simple user-friendly app to track treatment, appointments and lifestyle goals chosen to help manage their condition, supporting better adherence and more informed conversations with clinicians.
An educational website provides bite-sized easy to read material, structured around common patient questions to help them explore and understand their condition and available treatments.
Clinicians access a secure dashboard which provides a treatment overview and trends for a particular patient, helping them quickly spot changes and adjust care plans.
The product has a comprehensive design system comprising visual mocks alongside a library of native and web components documented with Storybook, which I helped define and maintain in collaboration with engineers and clinical stakeholders.
